Maizy Coombes
12:30 – 1:00pm
A well-known and versatile Blue Mountains violinist and singer songwriter, Maizy’s
authentic and cinematic soundscapes are shaped by her distinctive blend of strings, storytelling and heartfelt atmosphere.
For this gig Maizy is joined by her partner Alex Sherden on bass, and we are very excited to have them kick off the set at the Henry Hotel in the heart of Lawson.
Jean Marshall and Jess Fox
1:00 – 1:30pm
Jean and Jess combine soulful vocals and sensitive, modern guitar to create a unique listening experience ranging from smooth jazz, gritty blues to contemporary favourites with an unexpected twist .
Jimmi Carr
1:30 – 2:00pm
A local singer- songwriter and producer with a string of solo albums, and collaborative releases. His music slips between folk, alt-country, funk, world music and experimental rock without ever sitting still for too long.
Jimmi’s live sets feel immersive and unpredictable, intimate, rhythmic and expansive.
Suede Machine
2:00 – 2:30pm
The house band will be doing a mixed set of covers and originals with guest vocalists and musicians.
Heavy Petal
2:30 – 3:00pm
Playing the brassy style of music you might hear in a psychedelic juke joint or Speakeasy somewhere between Chicago and the Sunset Strip.
If you want to tap your feet, shift the load, or just soak up the vibes, this mid- mountains band has something for you!
Vinegar Hill
3:00 – 3:30pm
An acoustic trio performing original music in the indie folk-rock genre.
Blending warm acoustic instrumentation with rich soulful vocal harmonies. Ethan Hannay, Skye Evans and Matt Horam, captivate audiences with a unique blend of original compositions carefully crafted to showcase their diverse musical styles.
Andie & Co.
3:30 – 4:00pm
With millions of listeners worldwide, Andie is a true dynamo, a gem of a mountain girl known for her soulful vocals, jazzy guitar work, and deeply personal storytelling.
We love Andie’s community driven creativity and her distinctive voice, and we are very excited about the show she will be bringing to close the set at the Love Lawson festival pub stage.
